- What personal information is heldThis app can show: Every record this app stores, listed on the dashboard and in the combined pack.You must supply: Your own record of why it is held, how long for, and who may see it.
- Where the information livesThis app can show: That records stay in this browser on this device unless you carry a hand-off file.You must supply: A written note of which devices are used, by whom, and how they are kept safe.
- Deleting information on requestThis app can show: Delete controls on each page, and clearing browser data removes everything.You must supply: A named person who handles requests and a log of what was deleted and when.
- Protecting information in transitThis app can show: Hand-off files scrambled with a passphrase you choose (AES-256-GCM, 250,000 rounds).You must supply: How passphrases are shared and stored, and what happens when someone leaves.
- Proving a file was not alteredThis app can show: A SHA-256 fingerprint on downloads, which changes if the file changes.You must supply: Your own handling procedure. A fingerprint is not a legal seal and not court-ready evidence.
